Math:  Patterns
Science:  Exploring Liquids: Discovering water demo
Social:  Mapping Unit
L.A: All About me (brown bags) and grade 2 goals (Picture posted)
Religion:  We are Unique ( We Belong To Gods Family - Unit 1)
Art: Self Portraits

Upcoming:
Gym: Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Library:  Every Wednesday (Please return books every Wed)
Sept 14th: school liturgy @ 1:30 @ St. Mary's Church
Sept 15th:  Family BBQ(5-6)/ Meet the teacher(6-6:30/7-7:30)
Sept 16th: Parent teacher conferences(8:45-11/12-2:30) No school for students
Sept 23rd: Fun Food - Dairy Queen
Sept 28th:  Sacrament registration: 7-8:30pm
Sept 29: Terry Fox Run/Spirit Day

Snack:  We will have snack every day before recess in the class.  Please send a healthy snack.

Volunteering in the classroom:

Volunteer needed to help with home reading every Wednesday morning(9-11).  Please write a note in agenda if you are available.
A calendar will be going home this week in agenda’s with information about volunteering in October.
